Paul Rafelson is a tax attorney representing online merchants. Prior to advising online merchants, Paul spent over 12 years defending Fortune 100 companies in complex state tax litigation matters, spending most of his career as in-house tax counsel for Microsoft, Walmart and General Electric. Paul holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from New York University (“NYU”), a J.D. and M.B.A. from Villanova University, and a Bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Paul is an adjunct professor at Pace Law School in New York where he teaches a state and local tax constitutional law course.
