In today’s video I share with you some footage that was shot at the very last minute during our recent company retreat.

The goal of the retreat was to come up with our plan for 2019 so that we can not only dig ourselves out of the current hole, but also ensure we never fall back in again.

We’d never done a retreat before and the experience was so incredible that I had to capture my thoughts of the moment to share with you. Hope you enjoy!
