After years of continuous development, we are proud to offer Amazon 3rd party sellers the complete suite of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that our team uses to run our own $3M Amazon wholesale business.
We launched our business back in August of 2016 and within just 5 months, our revenue had grown to over $100K per month, all as a result of the highly specialized SOPs we developed – along with our willingness to hire the virtual assistants needed to do the work these SOPs required.
To quote many of our current customers: The Wholesale eCommerce Business Systems (WEBS) are a game changer!

Trent Dyrsmid is a serial entrepreneur (he sold his first company for $1.2M in 2008) who absolutely loves eCommerce – especially using the Amazon wholesale model.
Ask him, and he’ll tell you that the reason he likes the wholesale model so much is because, unlike private label, the wholesale model is super low risk.
In his first 5 months on Amazon, his revenue grew from zero to over $100,000 per month and on this LIVE webinar, he’s going to share with you his exact product sourcing model, step by step, by step.
What makes his story especially unique is that he fired himself from his Amazon business in under 12 months and he’s turned it into a completely passive business that is run day-to-day by his team (he still puts in about an hour a week).
To help you understand Trent’s Amazon success story, he also wrote the following letter explaining how he just about gave up on Amazon right before things took off.

HERE IS TRENT DYRSMID’S LETTER:
Hi, Trent Dyrsmid here…
Back in April of 2016, several friends of mine finally convinced me that I needed to give this “Amazon thing” a go.
They’d both been trying to convince me for a few months and after seeing how well they were both doing, I finally agreed to give it a shot.
Not knowing that there was more than one way to sell on Amazon, I decided to simply do what they were doing and and attempt to sell my own private label products on Amazon.
In case you don’t know what private label is, it goes like this: you conduct endless hours of very boring product research, choose a product, contact factories in China, order samples, pick a factory, place an order for a few thousand dollars worth of product, and then proceed to give most of it away in the hopes that you can get enough traction to eventually sell at a profit.
Sounds fun, doesn’t it?
Suffice to say, with private label, there is a LOT of room for error…and I made pretty much every error you could make.
In my case, after 4 months of full-time effort, I was selling $10-20K per month…but…I wasn’t making a dime in profit and I was about ready to completely give up.
And then I discovered wholesale!
Then, in August of 2016, I interviewed a guy named Dan on my podcast. Dan had a $6M Amazon business and instead of taking the private label approach, Dan was killing it using the wholesale approach.
As soon as I hung up the phone with Dan, I turned to my wife and said, “I’m going to copy what Dan is doing starting today!”.
Just five months later, our revenue was over $100,000 per month and we’ve never looked back. As I write this letter, our monthly sales are averaging about $230,000 a month and we are still growing!
Benefits of the wholesale model
Unlike private label, with wholesale, you are not trying to launch “new” products. Instead, you are simply using advanced software tools (like Junglescout and Product Discovery by Viral Launch) to find products that are already selling like hotcakes and then you contact the US-based brand that makes them and ask to place a wholesale order so you can resell them on Amazon.
Here’s what I love so much about wholesale:
Want to build your own Amazon business?
In 2017, Amazon sold about $180B worth of products and about half of it was sold by 3rd party sellers like me.
Every year Amazon’s total sales increase, so that means that every year there is plenty of room for more 3rd party sellers to get into this business – and I’m going to show you how to get started.
Why learn from me?
Rather than tell you that I’m some brainiac, I’d rather let some of the people who pay to be in my mastermind group share what they think….
Keep your money
Unlike many webinars that are nothing more than a product pitch….my webinar is rich with content and there is nothing for sale at the end.
Come join me on the webinar and I promise that I will provide you with very specific, actionable tactics that you can immediately start to use to rapidly increase your revenue and profits.
Sound like fun? You bet!

Social Media campaign swipes
In the first year of my wholesale Amazon business, my team & I did $1.1 million in revenue and it took us just 5 months to hit $100K/mo.
The reason we were able to make so much progress so quickly is because I created extremely detailed Standard Operating Procedures and then I hired virtual assistants to use these SOPs to do the work needed – in exactly the way I needed it to be done.
Not too long after that, I was invited to speak at a conference to share the story of our success and once the audience found out that my team and I had spent over a year creating a huge library of SOPs, they begged me to sell them all copy of it – and that was the day that my Wholesale eCommerce Business Systems (WEBS) product was born.
Unlike a static training course that gives people an overview of what to do, WEBS software is a complete set of the 65+ dynamic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that we created to run our own $3M Amazon wholesale business.
In other words, WEBS is the digital operations manual we rely on for smooth day-to-day operations – as well as integrations with the many other software applications on which we rely.
When a customer purchases WEBS, they don’t need to watch hours of training videos like they do with a traditional training course. Instead, they simply log into the software and then grab the checklist needed for the task at hand.
If the task in question is low-level grunt work, with a few clicks of the mouse, they can easily assign any checklist to a virtual assistant and tell the software to alert them when the task is due.
WEBS software comes complete with SOPs for product sourcing, shipping, product prep, advertising, listing optimization, vendor relations, human resources, and so much more. Plus, users can easily customize any of the checklists to meet the unique requirements of their specific business.
Thanks to my obsession with documenting every single one of our business processes, I was able to completely delegate myself out of a job in less than 12 months.
Since then, our Amazon business, run by my team, has continued to grow, generate profits, and provide me with a steady stream of income that requires only an hour or two a week of my time.
Over the two years that we have been in business, my team has continued to create, test, and optimize an ever increasing number reliable, repeatable systems.
These systems save us time & energy and are the foundation of our current business. They allow us to outsource the repetitive, mundane aspects of the business.
Whenever I speak to another Amazon seller about business systems, they say something like, “that’s great, I need to build that into my business.” Unfortunately, most of their time is taken up in the day to day running of the business and there’s not much time and energy left to build systems and hire a team to run them.
With Wholesale eCommerce Business Systems (WEBS), that is no longer an issue.
When you promote WEBS to your list, you will be giving them the opportunity to invest in a proven system for rapidly scaling their Amazon wholesale business in a way they never thought possible.

No, WEBS is not a training course, nor should you promote it as such.
Instead, WEBS is a collection of software-based Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that my team and I have been creating, testing, refining, and improving since September 2016.
The collection of SOPs that make up the Wholesale eCommerce Business Systems product are exact replicas of the systems my team uses to run our $250K/month Amazon wholesale business.
Each SOP is designed to be immediately implemented in someone’s business.
